Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service. Please take a moment to review our refund and return policy.
1. Custom Orders
Since many of our products are custom-made (printed T-shirts, branded corporate gifts, etc.), we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that were printed with your designs, logos, or custom text unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no extra charge.
Steps for returns/exchanges for defective items:
Take a photo of the damaged item.
Email us at [s2prints.sales@gmail.com] with your order number and a description of the issue.
We will arrange for the return shipping and send a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.
3. Incorrect Orders
If we mistakenly send you the wrong item, please notify us within 2 days. We will cover the return shipping and send you the correct item as soon as possible.
Steps for returns/exchanges for incorrect orders:
Contact us via email or phone.
Provide your order number and details of the incorrect item.
We will arrange a return shipment and send the correct item.
4. Sizing Issues
For custom T-shirts or clothing items, we strongly encourage customers to double-check the sizing chart before placing an order. If you ordered the wrong size, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or defective.
5. Order Cancellation: Refund Process
Cancellations can be made within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, orders cannot be canceled, as arrangements and production begin immediately
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing after we receive the returned item(s).
7. Shipping Costs
For returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover the shipping costs. However, for any other reason (e.g., size issues, change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
